215labs LLC — Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of 215labs’ platform, products, and services, including any current and future tools, features, applications, integrations, and offerings (collectively, the “Services”). This AUP is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning in the Terms.
1. Scope
1.1 Who must comply. You and all users of your Organization account must comply with this AUP.
1.2 Applies to all Services. This AUP applies to all use of the Services, including AI tools, voice agents, call recording/transcription, messaging (SMS/email), partner portals, automations, and APIs.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to create, upload, store, transmit, or distribute any content that:
2.1 Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
2.2 Infringes intellectual property or other rights of others.
2.3 Includes malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code.
2.4 Is deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to mislead recipients (including impersonation or misrepresentation).
2.5 Violates privacy rights, including unlawfully sharing recordings, transcripts, or personal data.
3. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
3.1 Unauthorized access. Access, probe, or test the security of the Services or systems without authorization.
3.2 Interference. Interfere with or disrupt the Services, networks, or servers, including by overload, denial-of-service, or automation that harms stability.
3.3 Reverse engineering. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code, models, prompts, or underlying logic except to the extent prohibited by law.
3.4 Scraping and harvesting. Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Services in a manner not permitted by the Agreement.
3.5 Resale/unauthorized distribution. Resell, sublicense, or provide the Services on a service-bureau basis without our written consent.
3.6 Circumvention. Circumvent usage limits, security controls, access restrictions, or payment requirements.
3.7 Impersonation. Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation.
3.8 Prompt injection, jailbreaking, and model manipulation. Attempt to perform “prompt injection” attacks, “jailbreaking,” prompt-leaking, or other techniques intended to bypass safeguards, extract system prompts, discover internal instructions, or reveal proprietary workflows, configurations, or internal logic of 215labs or its AI systems.
4. AI- and Voice-Specific Prohibitions
You may not use AI features (including voice AI agents) to:
4.1 Impersonate real people without their express consent, or to create deceptive “deepfake” voice interactions.
4.2 Generate misleading or fraudulent communications to induce payments, extract sensitive information, or deceive recipients about identity, affiliation, or purpose.
4.3 Circumvent TCPA/do-not-call/consent requirements, including using AI to evade suppression lists, manipulate caller ID unlawfully, or contact recipients who have opted out.
4.4 Violate fair housing and anti-discrimination laws, including generating, sending, or recommending discriminatory language or targeting practices based on protected characteristics.
4.5 Unlawful recording or surveillance, including recording calls or analyzing communications without required consents.
5. Communications Rules (Email/SMS/Calling)
5.1 Compliance required. If you use the Services to send emails, send SMS, or place calls, you must comply with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, do-not-call regulations, and applicable state laws.
5.2 Consent and opt-out. You must obtain and document required consents and honor opt-out requests promptly.
5.3 Content and disclosures. You are responsible for required disclosures (e.g., identification of sender, opt-out mechanisms, recording notices).
5.4 Recording notification. You are responsible for any legally required call recording notifications, including any required audible “beep,” pre-call message, or verbal disclosure (for example, “This call is being recorded for quality and training purposes”), and for confirming the recipient’s consent where required by law.
5.5 No spam. You may not send unsolicited bulk messages or engage in abusive calling/texting practices.
6. Data Handling Responsibilities
6.1 Lawful data use. You must have a lawful basis to collect, use, and upload consumer or client data into the Services.
6.2 Security and confidentiality. You must protect access credentials and limit access to authorized users.
6.3 Sensitive data limits. Do not upload SSNs, full bank account numbers, or full payment card details into the Services.
7. Enforcement
7.1 Investigation. We may investigate suspected violations.
7.2 Actions. We may issue warnings, limit features, suspend accounts, remove content, or terminate access, as permitted by the Agreement.
